This mural is located in DeQueen, Arkansas, a few miles from the Oklahoma border. It is bordered with the 5 Seals of the Indian Nation, and depicts a peaceful scene along a river's edge.
These paintings are on the side of the Chamber of Commerce's building.

Oh, I love art murals on walls, but only if they exude goodness. These two seem to do just that. The second one looks peaceful. People are so talented, aren't they?
