My grandson Avry at center. They won that night. but I don't know 

how they can play well when it is 5000 degrees.  Not good fall ball weather!

She Says I Do

 

My oldest granddaughter is getting married.  

Boy time sure does fly by- it seems just yesterday she was under my feet, 

telling me that she was my favorite grandchild, and we would laugh 

because we both knew there were no favorites, but she was special to me. 

She is the one I raised while her mom worked, and the one who

 always wanted to come see me and spend time with me. 

.    

I could not be happier just to see her this happy. 

Thankful today for all my grandchildren, and 

for happy events that leave behind wonderful memories.

Dr Pepper, a main staple of my diet for eons.  Over the years I have switched to Diet Dr Pepper, but I remain true to the pop.  I have never been able to drink coffee; although I have tried many times.  So I have to get my caffeine from somewhere.  This mural is located in a nearby town, and I've seen it a hundred times and never thought to stop and really look at it.   If you want to know what the numbers 10, 2 and 4 mean, and also a little history on this sugary drink- check that out here!

Thankful for life carried on, but scared about their future.  Meet Bo, my newest great grand.  Isn't he just the cutest?  This makes three greats!  

My sister brought this back for me; a Chili Ristra, from New Mexico.  She said they are for good luck and good health.  Ok then, bring it!
