Me at Three
Recently I have discovered that if I had only listened to my mother's advice
on how to stand like a lady, shoulders back and stomach
in; I might not be in such pitiful agony today, 60 years later.
This is my third back brace, and it seems to be a little more sturdy than the Wally World brands, but not by much. The top is supposed to make your posture better...(excuse me while I guffaw). My posture is beyond hope. I sit with my shoulders hunched over, and the only difference between pre-purchase and post-purchase is now I know I am sitting with my shoulders hunched and standing with my belly out.
Enough whining!
Have a great week, y'all!

Haha, I know the feeling 😀
I think posture is innate and hard to correct. I hope your brace helps, even if just a little.
I'm sorry you have to wear a back brace. I hope it helps. I just love the old treasured photos from back in the day. You are cute at three years old. I wish you pleasant May days, Terri.
I feel for you. In my case, I blame hunching over a phone/laptop/book.
I did listen to my mother. :). I think walking helps me have good posture too.
So sorry you have to wear a back brace.
Such a cute picture.
... and you have a great week too.
All the best Jan
I hope it helps!
i think being on the computer for long lengths of time contributes to poor posture!! a lot of my hobbies do...knitting, painting, coloring have all had an impact on my back and posture!!
Cute photo of little you! I have a back brace too:(
I can empathize with your situation as my posture is much the same, luckily without any discomfort. I have never worn a back brace and at this stage of my life, it would not provide any corrective help and most likely be uncomfortable. The chiropractor's diagnosis was degenerative joint disease most likely inherited. I hope you find some relief from the brace.
