Joyful

The final countdown to Christmas begins and I am thankful to finally have everything bought and wrapped and under the tree...a first for me to be finished this early.
I'm glad to have this extra time to relax and just be...
joyful.

I hope your season/life continues to be filled with joy. You are streets ahead of me on the Christmas front. I have one or two gifts to pick up still and all of the wrapping ahead.

What a beautiful Nativity. Mine is the first thing up every year. I am so thankful for Jesus. That He was willing to come to earth just for us. What a miracle.(Also thankful I’m finished with Christmas preparations.)
Blessings,
Betsy

How smart of you to have it all completed so now you can just enjoy the next 10 days as an unstressed spectator and participant.

Sadly, our nativity is still in the attic. So is our lighted village. This has been a year. Any of our Christmas things stored in the attic are still there. Life has been just too busy to haul down boxes. I'm seeking to enjoy the season anyway and trying to remind myself it's not all about the decorations.
