To Everything There is a Season

Today I am thankful for time- precious, precious, time.

The leaves are sure falling fast this week- I am watching them fly in the wind. Although I missed my fall foliage trip, I can see the beautiful colors right outside my window, and that makes me happy, and thankful.

Christmas presents are wrapped, and my back is aching, but I did it in one-three hour stretch. I think that's a new record for me. :)

And last, but not least, I am thankful for the full week of traditions about to begin- cookie decorating night with the grands, Christmas program at church, Christmas Eve party with the family, and Christmas morning in church for the first time since 1994 (I had to google that, but I knew it had been a long time since Christmas was on a Sunday).

Wishing you all a blessed holiday season, and lots of time to be spent with your loved ones
I'll be taking a break until after the 25th.

Merry Christmas!!

  11. Yes, I agree, beautiful colors in the nature can make us so happy. Here it is rainy and cold. No snow. Sometimes a little bit Sunshine. I don''t love this dark season but try to be content with it.
