Treed

In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect.
Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways,
 and they're still beautiful.
...Alice Walker

Outdoor Wednesdayrandomly Through my Lens:
"T" is for trees for ABC Wednesday:

Twisted trees reflecting on still waters of the river bottoms.
My pond, framed by leftover thunderheads for  Skywatch Friday after last week's storm and gorgeous colors of fall, before the leaves really do...fall.
A leaning dead tree..with some kind of nest on top.  If I were a bird, I would search for better real estate.
And lastly, because I have missed so many of Theresa's Good Fences...a miniature fence beside a miniature train track at Queen Wilhemina, with a touch of fall foliage in the background.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving week!

  20. The first and the third images - those trees are simply ginormous, even with a direct comparison. Except for the Osprey nest. I hope the tree doesn't fall mid breeding season.

  43. Hi Teri ..l I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I stayed away from the computer as much as possible for the long weekend, so I could spend all possible time with family as we are heading to Florida this week.

I love the cypress trees in your first picture especially!
