Thanks so much for your visit to my blog...this is my first to yours, I LOVE your header. It makes me smile. The close up of the horse is awesome. It is like he is just standing there posing at his best for you,
I like the dreamy quality of the light you captured.
Good sturdy fence to keep the horse in.
Dakota Blue is a beauty, Terri!
Simply beautiful photos. You got the light perfectly. Happy Fall, cm

Looks like you do just fine with light! :) I love the evening light with it's golden glow:)
Both are simple, serene, and very, very beautiful.
Love your setting sun photo! Sunset is my fav time of the day for beautiful color (probably because I rarely am up at sunrise-LOL) and autumn is definitely my fav season:)Blessings, Aimee
Looks like you know exactly what you're doing - love the light!
Light is king. These are fine let us see some more.
Hello Terri, I love the pretty horses, pretty shot. And the sky shot is gorgeous. Lovely post, have a happy weekend!
Very nice! Love the nice glow on Dakota Blue.
Lots of variation you can play with. I enjoy back lighting with various subjects.Like your sunset.I might use the same lighting idea all day on a shoot when I see how well it works with the subjects I am covering.
Morning Terri, so beautiful, always enjoy your pictures.Blessings Francine.
what's to know? point and click.Fine shots :O) Can't mess up a sunset
We're having lovely sunsets too!Wonderful time of year!!
dawn is my favorite time of the day and add a horse and it is perfect.
Beautiful shots! Hope you have a nice weekend.
I was out the other day in really dull light and I noticed later that my camera was not really picking up anything clearly. I could have reset my camera but didn't think a dull day would effect it so much.
Makes me smile to see a horse with a loose lower lip. That is a sign of being relaxed. Really nice sunset that the clouds enhanced.
Dakota Blue is a looker!~
Ah yes...it's all about the light, isn't it? You have captured it well in these beautiful photos!
I love the way you have captured the light on the horses face...Autumn is such a beautiful time of year to take the camera out. I"m hoping for some foggy shots around here, but it might not happen since it's cooling down too gradually...but one can hope.Jen
Oh Terri, you captured a beautiful shot of Dakota Blue and what a glorious sunset! Great post, love it!Happy Saturday~Nancy
I like the light your captured. It looks really nice and pretty and warm.

Beautiful shots Terri. I like the fence post with Dakota Blue in the background. Soft light is nice.
For someone just playing, you are getting professional results!
I love the soft morning light and the sky is gorgeous as well.
Lovely shots. I know nothing about horses, but this one certainly is handsome.
