Dawn to Dusk

I'm having a lot of fun playing with light, even though I don't really know what I'm doing!
Early morning light on Dakota Blue-sleepy eyed and chewing on grass.

and another setting sun- all dusky grays and shadows

  18. Lots of variation you can play with. I enjoy back lighting with various subjects.Like your sunset.I might use the same lighting idea all day on a shoot when I see how well it works with the subjects I am covering.

  24. I was out the other day in really dull light and I noticed later that my camera was not really picking up anything clearly. I could have reset my camera but didn't think a dull day would effect it so much.

  25. Makes me smile to see a horse with a loose lower lip. That is a sign of being relaxed. Really nice sunset that the clouds enhanced.

  27. I love the way you have captured the light on the horses face...Autumn is such a beautiful time of year to take the camera out. I"m hoping for some foggy shots around here, but it might not happen since it's cooling down too gradually...but one can hope.
