McSquizzy the Squirrel

These photos were taken by my daughter this last week.  That's her in the second shot.
Remember McSquizzy?

Sorry I have not been around to visit your blogs- my husband had a quadruple by-pass on Monday and we have been at the hospital til last night. I've missed visiting all of you.
Please send up a prayer or positive thoughts for him if you will.
I'll be back posting again soon, but I wanted to show you this silly squirrel.  He made me laugh and I thought y'all would enjoy seeing him.

  1. Oh, my, I was so hoping it was just a vacation...will be saying prayers for you/him. Don't worry about blogging, as far as commenting--just a little update every now and then on your blog...IF you have the time. I am sure most of us know how it is with things like this happening in our life.

  2. Well, McSquizzy is adorable! I don't care how big a pest people say squirrels are, I just love them. I have had two pet squirrels in my life time and they were so funny and so much fun. Hope all goes well with your husband and he is back on his feet soon. Will be thinking about you all.

  54. I missed this earlier while involved with our semi annual migration , I really got behind. Came from the top, where I saw your sweetie soaking up the sun. Boy does he have a good excuse! I hope he continues to heal well. And speaking as one who has been in your position on medical issues (not the same one, but a hospitalized husband nonetheless).. I think you should give yourself permission to join him lounging in the sunshine! You've both been through a hard time! Take care of yourself too.
