Birds Enjoying the Sunshine

A Coot & a Cardinal & a Warbler (I think) singing and playing in the cold breeze. The sun was shining and the sky was a gorgeous blue. Some trees are budding.  I just hope winter is really done this time!

  5. The sun peaking through really tends to warm things up a bit, and at least gives some hope of spring.

  35. Wonderful pictures!!

I had to run to a nearby town yesterday to take the dog to the vet. I noticed in a field, that the Sandhill cranes are back. It looks like there are 6 this year.
They are my all-time favorite bird, and not very common at all around here. I just love their call!

Thanks for sharing your pictures of the amazing birds you have around your place!!
