Welcome November 2014

My sister and I decided to drive up into what we around here call "mountains" and see if any of the leaves were changing yet. There were a few nice spots of color, but the big changes are still a couple of weeks away.  We had a great time though, and that's really what the day was all about anyway..sister time.

  3. Terri, so jealous I didn't get a sister. I tease my younger brother that he was supposed to be a girl! Love your pictures of the water and the reflections.

  6. Lovely tiny footbridge, then the longer one, a perfect place for an autumn visit. Down here we have spring leaves in all shades of green. Jean.

  7. Delightful colours of the season. Living "out west," one of the things I miss is the red of the Maples and Oaks that I saw growing up in the east. I really appreciate that middle picture.

  10. Ahhhhh... Sister time. So precious. I had three sisters. Two left. One close by one far away. What is that bond? So strong.
Treasure the precious time with a sister.

  12. Nice photos. November here means cooler temperatures, less hours of daylight and more hours of darkness.
