  7. Yikes! Hope those deer stay off the roads.
Our youngest hit a deer last week, right in the middle of main street, in the middle of the day. The durn thing came out of no-where, and basically ran into the side of his car.
    His car was destroyed.

I've never hit a deer..... have you???

Great shot, and it's lucky you caught that deer in the lens.

  11. You were definitely being checked out. I always get so nervous for them when they are near a road.

  12. Awwww..he is a little to close to the side of the road for my comfort....they are such innocent and beautiful creatures. The shadows on the road are delightful to look at. nice photography :)

  13. Thanks for dropping by my tea post and leaving a comment Terri. You've captured a curious deer probably wondering what that thing is you're holding.

  14. I hope the deer doesn't damage someone's car! They are so hard to spot sometimes until they've darted into the highway. The shadows are helping to hide him/her!

  15. Neat photo! One of the first things I noticed is that the road doesn't have a shoulder like roads here in Iowa! We do have plenty of deer though!

  18. Very unusual photo...took me a minute to know what I was looking at. We have had those deer on our fenders twice in two years.

  26. We have had many killed. I was glad as you passed he did not go in front of you. Hope he never did after.

We have some highways like yours and others no in the country.
