Video ~ Colorado in the Fall

Colorado 2010

video

My husband filmed this with his ipod
while I was driving.  I muted it because my car engine
was talking trash to me the entire trip-
and I thought the noise took
away from the
gorgeous views in the video.
I love aspens, especially in the fall-
if I had a muse- this would be it.
Let me know if the video doesn't work!

    1. I have to really concentrate when I drive in the mountains, especially on the s curves. I'd be in the ditch right fast if I tried to video at the same time!

  3. Worked perfectly! Too bad there wasn't any sound. You should consider software where you can add an audio track or several to your video(s).

  4. Oh, so beautiful. You really hit the colors perfectly. We're in Colorado right now...stranded, actually, as we wait for repairs on our car. Without a vehicle for four days and stuck in a motel room. But we did see some color in the mountains, as we came across Wolf Creek Pass and on to Alamosa. Nothing like this video, though. We had planned to go to Estes Park on this trip, but with their flooding and the delay we're experiencing in Alamosa, we're having to cancel that part of the trip.

    1. Oh goodness! I hope you can get your car fixed quicker than four days! You should go to Durango and head north on the million dollar highway- that's where we finally got into the colors- well...right after Pagosa Springs actually- then north. Hope you get to see this- it is so beautiful!
