beautiful barn, and X marks the spot where we should enter.... darn post, where did that come from...
This is absolutely wonderful! I love this! You always see things that are worthwhile!
Ohh I love old barns, but in the Netherlands they don't have these kind of barns, so I enjoy them through yours and other blogs. Beautiful edit!
So glad I'm not the only one that sometimes doesn't see everything in the shot! LOL Loving the new header too by the way.
Ha, I didn't even notice the post because I was focusing on the white X on the barn door. I hate when things get in the way like that. Happens to me all the time. You did a good job, though!
What a lovely old barn!
This is an awesome old log barn. It's seen a lot of years and looks as if it might fall over. Great shot! Pamela from Canada
What a wonderful old barn!
How cute is this little log barn! Love the white X on the door and the ladder going up to the loft. Great find.
What a neat looking barn! I love how you edited the photo. Great job!

I do love the charm of this barn ;)
Actually, I like the fence post as it gives the barn a sense of place. :)
WoW, what a find!! i didn't even notice the post!!!
I like how this is tucked away amid the trees.
A gorgeous capture, they don't build them like this anymore!
Love old log barns. I thinks of all the work put in to build these barns many years ago. Dumb post, eh!
I love this!
It's a great barn! Love the story it tells. I know what you mean about not noticing something else in the photo because we get focused on the main subject...life is kind've like that! :-)
I wish I would be lucky enough to run into something like this!
I love old barns. What fence post?!!!!! :D
This is a fantastic find! Looks like a scene from Little House on the Prairie!
It's a great shot. You know you're hyper focused when you don't notice those fence posts. In my case it's usually a goose wandering through my photo shoot.
love the x on the door. so cool. what a great find. ( :
Cool - a log barn, it looks like it belongs to the pioneers! The fence post is neat - the way you blurred it gives the photo depth.
Ha, that reminds me of an old log cabin I lived in briefly.
What a charming find.
Oh, now! This is a real find, Nancy. So old, so obviously built for its purpose. Love the small details like the ladder to the loft and the buggy shelter. And just to top it off, that little bit of split rail fence--made out of the leftover logs, perhaps?
Such a great place! I'd love to sit there and chill with my thoughts.
Very charming photo!
Cute little barn... The entire photo is GREAT.. Thanks for sharing.Hugs,Betsy
Such a peaceful scene. The barn is beautiful. I wonder if it's an old one?
What a charming barn! I could stare at it for hours.
That is an oldie but a goodie! Oozes charm!!
It almost looks like a log cabin! It must be a very old barn!
The door and ladder to the hayloft add to the charm of this rustic old barn. I think when the leaves come out this charmer is going to be hidden!
That is a really charming barn. That pile of wood on the right edge is intriguing too.
Hi! Thank you for calling in on my blog:) This barn has character, nicely photographed too, regardless of the post.
Bardzo ładna drewniana stara stodoła. Słupkiem sie nie przejmuj. Jest dobrze. Pozdrawiam.Very nice old wooden barn. Aug. bars do not bother. It's good. Yours.
I love to shoot old barns and wish we had more around here. I always wonder if their walls could talk what stories they would tell. Love the X on the door too, such a great find!
What a neat structure! Have never seen one built like this Terri. :)
Now, that's an awesome lil barn find! I love the wood steps & the dark logs! WoW! Very coolThank you for joining =0
I like the color of the barn and would love to see it when the vines growing on the left side of the roof turn green.betsy
I really like the focus - it adds mystery.
Reminds me somewhat of the building that sat on the property where I grew up. It was a serious log cabin, and although it had been used as a chicken coop for many years (including the years that we lived there), looking back, I'm sure it was someone's log cabin on their DLC.
