My grandfather ALWAYS put a flower (usually a marigold) in his lapel for church. Thanks for taking me on a little trip back in time with this post. I'm back at church with him calling me "sister" and hugging me as I came into the foyer from the parking lot...and then I'd smell his flower. sniff I miss him.
Beautiful shot! I read last week Mark Twain's IQ was that of a genius. The test wasn't available back then but it's inferred through his writings and letters. He has many wonderful quotes attributed to him that touch me.
